I tried to register for EE Perks but my works email address isn’t receiving the verification email. So I tried to backtrack to add my works ID Badge with no email but it says account exists so I’m stuck in limbo. I’ve also messed up trying to login to Perks account (even though it was only showing resend code) I’ve tried to reset password but it’s linked to my work address which I don’t get emails from EE! Under the current climate i cannot get this fixed at work. Is it possible to delete my perks account which is awaiting verification so I can start again?

Latest - I’ve remembered my password and can now login to my Perks account but my only option is to ‘Resend Email’ which I’m not receiving at work. Is there anyway I can backtrack to upload ID only and not use send to email address ?

This is the exact same for me. I'm unsure if my work are blocking the verification email but is it possible for me to upload a picture of my ID to verify too?

You're supposed to add the discount code at the checkout when upgrading. Do you have a discount code?

Trying to upload picture of forces discount card but I keep receiving message that the photo is is un usable, but looks fine to me
