Cannot activate TNT Sports

Hi, I have added the TNT Sports option to my account but cannot activate, I successfully receive and then input a pin but after that it repeatedly states ‘We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later’, however this has been happening for a number of days.

What reply do you get if you text SPORT to 150?
Can you try activating TNT Sports using a different web browser not connected to WiFi using this link ee.co.uk/tntsports, does this work for you?

Looks like you already have TNT Sport and Sports as an Inclusive Extra.
Go here to activate if you haven't done so already.
ee.co.uk/TNTSports
To swap this for another Inclusive Extra reply SWAP.
I’ve tried it on Safari, Chrome and Edge on WiFi and Mobile Data

Did you go to the sign in page on the discovery plus app, enter your email and then choose reset password? Once I reset my password and logged in with my email address and new password, it worked for me.

@akolaar Yeah, I saw your message about that working for yourself and gave it a try, but it doesn’t throw an error and it doesn’t send an email to my Normal inbox or junk

I just spoke to Discovery+ and they asked me to create an account (free tier) with the email address matching my BT / EE one then said the activation should work.
It didn’t work and I’ve now been told to go back to EE as it’s their problem.
Just processed a new upgrade last Friday, half tempted to cancel it, go elsewhere and just take out TNT sports individually

Can you try activating TNT Sports using a different web browser not connected to WiFi using this link ee.co.uk/tntsports, does this work for you?

THIS WORKED!
I have been trying to activate TNT sports for days now and customer services couldn't do it either. But I have just tried akolaar's method of password reset on Discovery+ and it worked!
I used the old email address that we used to use for BT sports, but we had never signed up for Discovery+ before. But nevertheless, Discovery+ must have already set us up with an account and password!
For those who are still struggling, please do try this method. Big thanks to user akolaar!
