Cannot activate TNT Sports

Hi, I have added the TNT Sports option to my account but cannot activate, I successfully receive and then input a pin but after that it repeatedly states ‘We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later’, however this has been happening for a number of days.

Thanks for any help

what are the chances someone at the back end can get in there and fix this?

Hi @moosemangler I'd recommend trying the solution in this thread, as it seems that it's solved a few similar issues to the one that you're having.

Doesnt work for me. And doesnt look like it works for many on this thread. 
i know its a silly question, but instead of all these work arounds why doesnt someone fix it?

if i bought a phone and it doesn't turn on, id expect it to be fixed and not have ‘ try holding it upside down above a potato on a sunday’ as a solution.

I am sorry this has not worked for you, we would need to get this looked into and make sure everything is set up correctly at our end.

To do this, please call us and the team can run some troubleshooting and help you get TNT Sports activated.

thanks for the reply. 
i dont trust the call centre. Sorry to say this but they are liars. I wasted half of my sunday with them. I called three agents and every one of them transferred me to TNT sports helpdesk to get rid of me because they know they dont have a fix. Not one of them told me i was being transferred and i even made two of them promise not to transfer me. 
so i dont want to waste time with them again. 

Maybe you can get a second liner to call me. Preferably one from a call centre in the UK.

also did that.. it says it takes 7 days to get a reply..  in the mean time i'm still paying for something i'm not getting.

i think we are going in circles here.. I already mentioned my experience with the call centre.

I understand and apologise this was not resolved on the call for you on Sunday @moosemangler 

Speaking to the team is the quickest way to get a problem looked into and they will have full access to the account notes to see what has been advised previously. As you have opened a complaint using the online form, the team will get back to you as soon as they can and will help you further.
