Hi,
I have tried activating my TNT sports account as my inclusive extra but I am receiving a "Technical Difficulties" error when I enter my mobile number and the PIN code sent to my mobile.
I have tried both using my mobile and a laptop browser to no avail. Can't ring customer support as there is always a 45 min - 1 hour wait time to not get a response anyway. I was previously a BT sports subscription holder as my inclusive extra with my previous contract but also receive an error when trying to activate an EE subscription through the TNT sports website.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated 👍

Try using chrome on the pc using your EE login details to either create an account or add to existing. Issues with safari and edge!

Have you cleared the cookies and cache for the EE website from your browser before re-attempting? When you mention using a second e-mail to login, do you mean a Discovery+ account?
All of our activation pages take you to the same one time PIN page before showing you all your available products to activate. The ee.co.uk/tntsports is working for PINs at the moment, but if you try for example ee.co.uk/netflix and enter your number, do you get the same error message as when you enter your number on the TNT Sports page?

@gusby Thanks for trying and confirming. Do you have any family or friends in the house to try the setup via there phone?
Usually as with the rest of this thread the issue with the PIN not working is usually device or browser or connection based so its worth trying any alternative devices you have.
But if it not working on anything you try it seems it may be your number that is the issue so it may need a ticket raised with our technical team if they have not raised one already for you.

@gusby Thanks for the update and appreciate you trying again. In this case it seems like it is something account specific that is preventing you activating with all the usual steps not working. In which case raising that ticket with the tech team is the best thing to do and should get it sorted for you.

Hi EE support, I’m having the same issue as the above. No help from EE, telling me to contact discovery+ support, when it’s not there issue it’s an issue with EE. Are you able to help please? I have the tnt add on but everytime I add it to my account it says technical difficulties - I’ve tried both Apple iPhones and Samsung phones on google chrome.
