Cancelled my contract 3 months ago but im still getting my gamepass ultimate.

Hi

I switched away from EE about 2 or 3 months ago. I was expecting my perks to end the following month but it didnt its been nearly 3 months now and i am still getting access to gamepass ultimate. Ive tried paying it via microsoft but it wont allow me if i already have a open sub. I think this is a glitch amd i dont want to be liable to legal action.

I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they will be able to take a look into why your GamePass is still active, and get this looked into for you.
