I bought roaming add on for £10 a month whilst I was away last week. I would now like to cancel it please. How do I do this?

Hi, I’m trying to stop my pass whilst still abroad, as I’m in a country that the pass doesn’t work in. How can I do this as the text option won’t work for me? Thanks

If you log into your My EE app, and select add-ons, do you have the option to cancel the Roam Abroad Pass?

STOP ROAMING FURTHER seems to be the text to send to 150.

I've added a Roam Monthly pass as I'm away 2 weeks, how do I cancel the Roam Daily add-on which is on my account. I don't want to be charged for both!

Good morning @DianneW.
If you have the Roam Abroad Pass on your account this will over ride and you won't be charged the daily fee.
Please ensure you also activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150.

Why on earth is it not possible to cancel the roaming pass online? I cannot even view it online.. Or am I mistaken?

When you log in to your My EE account please follow these steps:
Plans & subscriptions > Scroll down to Add-ons.
Do you see the Roaming Pass?
