Price increase each year on consoles?

I was considering adding a console to my account but having gone to the checkout screen it indicates that the monthly price displayed will actually increase each year, is this correct?

@Simon118  If you purchase from the accessory store. The price does not increase each year. The price is for the whole term that you are paying for that item.

I think you might be wrong(?) I’ve just taken this screenshot from the checkout summary and the only item in my basket is an Xbox.

@Simon118  I’ve never had a price increase on 4 items I’ve purchased from that store.

Maybe they’ve changed it since you last purchased?  as you can see I have to tick a box to agree to it.

Hi @Simon118 

I can confirm that the add to plan products aren't subject to a CPI increase. I have fed this back to the team involved and they will look to remove that to avoid any confusion in future.
