How do.i cancel a tnt tv add on , getting nowhere on the app !!!

To cancel a TNT Sports add-on from your mobile plan text STOP SPORT from your EE mobile.
To cancel your discovery + TNT Sports & Entertainment subscription purchased using a debit or credit card from the EE Shop:
After you’ve chosen to cancel your subscription, you can still use it until 11.30pm on the day before payment would have been taken.
You can restart the subscription payments at any time before the subscription is cancelled.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription in the app, get in touch on 0800 0790 062 for support.
You can find out more about cancelling your TNT Sports subscription at Watch TNT Sports with EE.

Hi I have tried to only cancel TNT from my EE account. I have EE broadband but have Sky for everything else. Sky now includes TNT so I want to cancel the TNT add on to EE. Well an hour and a half on the phone later the so say customer service refused my request kept me on hold several times then cut the call. Dreadful service. She said I had to keep paying for TNT for another year! Ridculous as my contract states I can cancel TNT anytime! What do I do? I will never use EE for Broadband ever again when my contract is up. Hopeless. Help please.

Hi Rach I have bband with EE and understood that the TNT was an add on. In my contract for TNT it says I can cancel anytime with no fees....but customer service...that's a joke, refuse to listen and say I have to pay for another year. When I took out TNT I understood it to be an add on which could be cancelled anytime with no fees as I pay monthly. I am getting nowhere and they cut the call or leave me on hold. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to sort it this morning but was just met with rudeness. Please can you help? I want to cancel only TNT not my package as I have Sky and TNT is now free with them.

@Hilers : EE TV, which provides TNT (& other channels) over your EE Home BB, is on a contract over the same period as your BB & cannot be cancelled until you reach min. term.

If TNT Sports is included in your EE TV plan, then you wouldn't be able to change this until you are out of contract, but it is unlikely that you would be paying extra for this @Hilers.
