How do.i cancel a tnt tv add on , getting nowhere on the app !!!

Hi @Pippiex 

To cancel a TNT Sports add-on from your mobile plan text STOP SPORT from your EE mobile.
 

To cancel your discovery + TNT Sports & Entertainment subscription purchased using a debit or credit card from the EE Shop:

  1. Download or open the EE app.
  2. Select Manage in the bottom navigation on the EE homepage.
  3. Select Plans and subscriptions.
  4. Select Subscriptions.
  5. Select Manage subscription on the subscription you want to cancel.
  6. Select Cancel and confirm the cancellation.

After you’ve chosen to cancel your subscription, you can still use it until 11.30pm on the day before payment would have been taken.

You can restart the subscription payments at any time before the subscription is cancelled.
 

If you are unable to cancel your subscription in the app, get in touch on 0800 0790 062 for support.
