Can't login to EE Perks portal

Have registered for ee perks using work email address, verified email and tried to login but it says details are incorrect. Tried resetting password but get same result and now my account has been locked for 24 hours for too many incorrect password attempts.

Nope. Nevermind, I've sorted the issue myself by re-registering with a different email alias.

When did you register the perk account?

Hi @dmx

The account will need to be verified by the perk team which can take 24 hours, once this has been done you will get an email to let you know.

I already have Broadband from EE. and i have login account account as well. do i have to register somewhere again for My Norton Portal? if yes kindly share the link
