I get told I am eligible, then when I try to activate I get error WB402. Long live chat with BT and they couldn't help. Any ideas?

This worked for me too. Using the Edge browser also worked.

I have a free, but active DP account via sky. But that wasn't the issue. Using edge browser I was able to activate DP and access my bt/tnt sport sub that I pay via my EE phone.

Except it doesnt work for me, and many others on this thread. Im not even sure the OP who suggested this actually had the problem this thread is about.

I am getting the same problem, been in contact with BT, EE & Discovery none of them haven’t given a fix!

At what point was yours failing on the other browsers?
Were you getting the error this thread is about WB402?

I log in and it says you are eligible, then I press the button to activate and that's when it goes to the error page.

And you were getting the error code WB402?
And now by using edge browser it worked and you have an active TNT sports account on discovery+?

Didn’t work for me. I started this thread and weeks later still no luck. The insane thing is that no one at EE or Discovery has the slightest idea what’s going on. Happy to take my money though.

Yep WB402 message, and using the Edge browser on iPhone/iPad it has now activated for me.

When I try it on Microsoft Edge it still does t work.
Please try activating again
