I switched from bt sport smart benefit (which worked fine) to roaming abroad back in May 2022. This weekend I switched back to bt sport and I received a text from 150 to confirm that the smart benefit is active. However I have signed into bt sport today and it tells me that I need to upgrade my package to watch any content. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Is the Smart Benefit active in your My EE app?
