I need my EE perks code for NHS discount. It does not allow me to reset my password and therefore unable to login.

Do you get an error message when you log in with your password you set up?

Did you register using your work or personal email address?

Yes an error and I used my work email

Have you checked your work emails junk/spam folder?

I get an invalid login. I have checked junk etc.
