Added bt sport through ad ons said I'd get a email from bt to confirm set up after I'd set up account for it to go live and  haven't been sent one it said to allow 24 hours and it's been longer than that any ideas? Thanks

Hi Chris no it hasn't I've checked all folders still nothing
