Bt Sport

Hi my grandson has a plan which included a smart benefit.  He wanted Bt Sport and we decided to pay the extra £5 so he could watch it on big screen.  We assumed that this smart benefit would run for length of his contract unless we changed it.  Suddenly he is being told that Apple Music is his inclusive extra ( he wants sport not music).  There is nowhere on his account where I can see Bt Sport.  Please can you help

@Jan2603  The account holder needs to call customer service if this has changed on its own.    Smart benefits are under add ons via the account for that device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
