If you want to be able to use wifi, you will need a fixed broadband or go somewhere where there is free wifi to use, or get a mobile broadband.
If you are looking to have fixed broadband where you live, you will have to apply for this.
This is not customer service, so you would need to speak to them or click on shop and you and you should be able to apply there if it is available in your area.
