I am trying to activate Microsoft, however whenever I click activate, it tells me there’s nothing to activate. I’ve not received any text with code etc. Any ideas ?

When did you select Microsoft 365 Personal as an inclusive extra?
Is this showing as an inclusive extra in your My EE app?
