Do you have BritBox showing in your My EE app > add-ons?
When did you complete the registration?

I am having the exact same problem. I added the swappable benefit yesterday and it is confirmed as added in the EE app. Could there be a problem with account already registered with ITVX ?(the new home of Britbox). I have a free account with ITVx.

I can't see how this would affect you.
If it is a free account are you able to delete the account to see if this resolves the problem?
Should you loose anything saved please do not delete your account.

Same issue here. I've never signed up before and haven't been using my smart benefit for ages so activated this but it won't let me actually sign up on the website
