Can I temporarily disable an monthly Account while Watch 7 LTE has gone for repair?

We don't offer any options for temporarily pausing contracts at the moment. How long are you expecting the watch to be away for?
Whilst if it's a rolling contract you could technically cancel this and then restart the service at a later date, it's still a 30 day notice period for cancellation, so I would be surprised if the repair would take long.
