Britbox Benefit

I have Britbox selected as my chosen benefit, but they are no longer accepting new sign ups due to their merge with ITVx. Apparently, you have to sign up to ITVx, but I can't find a way to do this via my EE benefit. Can anyone help?

It comes uo with new accounts are disabled
