I've generated a 20% discount code to use from my own Perk account, which won't work.
I'm on a sim-only deal that has been out of contract for nearly 4 years, if I log in to my account and use the code for a sim-only upgrade it tells me "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.". If I log out and try to use it as a new customer it says "Sorry, that voucher’s not valid". That should rule out it being something weird with my current account or contract.

Is the new contract deal you are applying for eligible for the discount? Discounts cannot be applied to all contracts.

I've tried mutiple different upgrades and new contracts, both sim-only and including a handset, all of which are within the T&Cs on the email containing the discount code. It fails every time.
