Blue light discount

Hi, I need help , 3 weeks ago I went into the shop to get a new upgrade for my phone, but I also wanted to add a tablet as well. So I gave them a budget, and said I have a blue light card as I work in a private care home. The woman said great, just register on the EE perks site and they will send you the code, then call up customer service and they will add it on to your account. I couldn’t get on to the WiFi in store as they were getting it refitted so I did it when I got home. 
Now, I don’t have a work ID as it’s a private care home, or a work email, but I do have the blue light card and wage slips. So I have sent them off, and after 3 weeks of chasing them up I still don’t have an answer. The problem is that the cost of the upgrade without the discount takes me over the budget I had planned and I’m running out of time to get my answer from perks.

Now when I go to Ee perks page, the email and password I used and saved isn’t working so I can’t even check the status of it!

I am having the exact same problem but with my personal account. I have a blue light card, but don’t have a work email. So I am going round in circles trying to get my card registered and it keeps telling me that they don’t recognise my email or password. I have 6 days left to register a code but it’s like Ee don’t have anyone in Ee perks dept working

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder for any replies from our Perk Team?

Unfortunately, it may not be possible to register for EE Perk without photo ID.
