Blue Light Discount - "The email domain entered is not registered with EE Perks"

Trying to add my Blue Light Discount Card to my account. However, when I am trying to register, the error message "The email domain entered is not registered with EE Perks." comes up.

Is there another way to add the Blue Light or to get around this error message?

Thanks for coming to the community.

The Blue Light Card itself wouldn't be added if you are trying to sign up to EE Perks.

Instead you would need to use either a work email, or personal email with a copy of your work photo ID.

Who is it you work for? Your employer would need to be signed for our Perk scheme to be able to register.
