I have just upgraded my phone and got it today and I have by sport as an add on. How do I access it and when I go to my add on’s it’s not there and it costs extra?

Does it say you aren't eligible to add a Smart Benefit, or that you haven't selected your Smart Benefit yet?

It says I don’t have smart benefits included in my plan

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check your plan has been set up correctly.
