BT sport large

I have tried adding the bt sport large screen option but I am just getting an error message. I have bt sport as my add on and am happy to pay the additional £5/month

I'm having the same problem. I'd already added the £5 extra. Spoke to BT directly and they told me it was all active and couldn't work out why my large screens (games console/computer) weren't working.

But I noticed the add on isn't on my bill and I can't see anywhere to try and add it again. So I don't know. I'm going to call EE and see what's going on.

If I find a solution I'll post it here.

Could you try texting SPORT to 150 please, @25Paddy?

Let me know if it gives you the option to add large screen.
