Can’t use the unlimited data add on.

Unfortunately, I can’t add the unlimited data add on? I want to spend money with EE but it won’t let me.

it just says there is an error. 

can anyone help me?

@Mrh1991  Do you have a spend cap on your account?   Or have you by any chance turned off data purchasing for your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I have checked both and neither are activated so there must be a problem
somewhere else.

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they're able to add it for you.
