When trying to apply my EE perk NHS code on checkout for an upgrade it is coming up with a "voucher not valid" message. I tried three different codes and two different SIM contracts to check for any glitches- none worked. I telephoned 150 but was told to get in touch with my HR dept. I am pretty sure my HR dept in the hospital won't be able to sort out the issue with EE systems.I see this is not an uncommon problem, please help!

Did you accept all cookies when accessing the upgrade shop?

There wasn't an option regarding cookies.

Could you try on a different device please? Make sure you accept cookies if it asks.
