BT Sport Add on

Hi,

I'm texting 150 to get the big screen add on for BT Sport but all I get in response is this:

"We're sorry. To get free access to the BT Sport app you need to be on an EE pay monthly mobile, SIM only or tablet plan. To find out more, visit ee.co.uk/btsport"

I've just done a upgrade don't know whether I have to wait for my new phone. Not too sure. I have BT sport ultimate as a benefit on a new plan.

Are you upgrading from a pay as you go SIM to a contract? Or is it contract to contract?

Contract to Contract. I had BT and the large screen add on previously now going on to a new contract with it as my benefit just wanting to add on the big screen.

It may be worth hanging on until your new phone arrives and the new plan starts. If you still have the same problem, have a chat with our Mobile Care team who can try to add it from our side.
