BT SPORTS LOGIN

I've tried to login to my BT Sport's app with my email. It lets me reset my password, bit then when I try to login or gives me an error code (003). I've tried using my mobile need and everything but nothing works. I've reset my password multiple times and nothing works. I can't get why it's so difficult, can someone help?

I've also looked at other people's posts with similar options and clicked a link to reset/type in your telephone number bit when I do that I get this....
