I wish to cancel my BT SPORT. I've messaged stop sport to 150 on 4th Dec and still being charged. Is there another way to cancel? TIA

Did you get a message back from us when you text STOP SPORT to 150? Was the date that you sent the message before or after your last bill was produced?
