Welcome to the EE Community
If you have Apple TV as part of your broadband and TV package, you should be able to remove it in the Manage> Subscriptions section of the EE app as shown on our help page.
If you have Apple TV as part of your mobile package as an inclusive extra you can also cancel that via the app detailed on our help page.
