So I previously had apple music as my inclusive extra on my android phone with no issues. After upgrading my phone this wasn't offered so after going on ee online chat they changed my contract to include apple one but I cant activate it without an iPhone or iPad etc but I dont have one as I have an android phone. How the heck am I supposed to activate it so I can then use apple music again???

If you get back in touch with our mobile guides on 150, they can check if they can possibly change the plan again to the All Rounder plan, which has Apple Music not Apple One as an Inclusive Extra.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into your EE app and select add-ons, do you have Apple One showing as active?
If this is showing and the plan has changed, what happens if you try and set up Apple One using the link that was sent to you, or through the EE app?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes it shows up in my inclusive extras and I received a link but it's to a page asking me to upgrade to the latest Apple os which I can't as I'm on android. From hours of googling there seems no way of activating apple one without me having an apple product which I don't have. I can't use anyone else's as it's tied to them so unless I want to buy an iPad purely to activate it so I can use apple music on my android it seems impossible. So I now need to see if I can just get apple one swapped to just apple music which I've had before
