Im being charged for Apple Music and don’t have an don’t have it as an add on

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you activate Apple Music through Apple? 

If you log into your EE app and select add-ons do you have Apple Music showing?

No I have never had apple as a bolt on from either apple or ee I cancelled the free trial when asked just stop music to 150

Does your Apple Music app show you have an active subscription, @Markp12?

Are you being billed for it via your EE bill, or directly by Apple?

Im being bill via EE even though I stopped my free trail in April I’ve been billed every month since I’ve never had a subscription and it never has been a bolt on 6 months this has been going on even though on my phone it’s never said I’m subscribed and I txt stop music to 150

I'm sorry to hear that. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this for you.

Speak with Apple Technical Support and ask them to unlink the email address from the Music account. EE Care Team won’t do anything. Then ask for a refund for every month you have been charged extra.
