Apple music smart benefit

Hello, 

Please can someone help me. 


I've just landed in thailand and want to use my apple music smart benefit to my advantage. 

My phones on flight mode and data roaming is turned off, but im connected to the WIFI. 

Would this be stopping me from using my smart benefit? 

Please can someone help me get this up and running again

When i click on my apple ID and get to EE plan benefits i click on it and get a pop up of '' Your mobile plan does not include any new subscriptions to apple services'' however my apple music smart benefit is active

What happens when you log into Apple Music and try and play music? 

Have you downloaded a playlist to listen to offline with no internet connection?
