I have had Apple Music as my Inclusive Extra for the last 7 months, today Apple Music stopped working, i checked on the EE app and it showed no Extras active, so i tried to add Apple Music again, but it is not listed as an option to add.
I tried in my account on the web, but it is not an option there either.
I also tried texting “PICK” to 150 but just got a reply saying “ sorry we were unable to complete you request.
Has Apple Music been removed as an Inclusive Extra?
Apple Music is the reason i bought the sim deal i did, bit annoyed if it has been removed half way through my contract.

No, i just had Apple Music as my Inclusive Extra, now the option has gone, there is just the options for Office 365, Roam Abroad Pass, Entertainment Data Pass, Netflix and Xbox Game Pass.
The Apple Music option is no longer there, i never received and indication that this was going to happen, Apple Music just stopped working and can find any way to select it ahain as my Inclusive Extra.

If you go into your add-ons in the My EE app, does Apple Music show as expired?

No it doesn’t show as expired.
If i go to “get more add ons” apple music is there , but says i have to pay £10.99.
It does not show up under Inclusive Extras even though i had it as an Inclusive Extra for the last 7 months.
