Roaming Data add-on not working

I'm in Canada and have just bought a 7 day roaming data add-on for £32.64 for 300MB. I've enabled roaming but can't access the internet via mobile data.

The signal says I have 4G but when I try to go online it says no internet connection.

I've had text confirmation from EE that I've bought an add-on but there's no record of it in my EE account.  I've followed the link to check on the status of my add-on but it tells me to turn off WiFi and connect via mobile data - which of course I can't do!

Help!

@Sarah12321  Have you tried just restarting the device?   Have you tried a manual network search? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi I have the same problem! Every day EE tells me I have reached my maximum  usage, so I have had to buy £33 of roaming allowance. (Which is supposed to last 7 days.) I've tried calling to no avail and can't even register a complaint.  I am definitely changing from EE now. It's always a problem with them,trying to sort things out.
