I have an apple music add on for 6 months with my new phone but it doesn’t work and it says no subscription is found through Ee and I got a message from 150 saying I have it, but it isnt applied

Have you text MUSIC to 150 and followed the set up?
If yes, have you had Apple Music free with EE before? even on previous contracts.

Yes and it says they’re unable to add it. I have the add on but it just wont let me apply it and im not sure why

No i have not, but when i go on the app they offer 1 month free with apple

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check your account and make sure it's set up correctly.
