Apple TV+ trial not working

I have been sent a text message from EE with a link to register for the 6 months free trial of Apple TV+. Selecting the link on my iPhone takes me to safari and then redirects to AppleTV. It shows a 'Cannot Connect' error. How do I get it to work?

No, tech have sent my an email now which i clicked to activate my Apple TV but nothing showing on my account under plans extra etc

I have clicked the activate Apple Tv via rmail, that took me to my EE account, I presumed i go into plans and subscriptions? I have done this, but no Apple TV showing only Netflix amd Now

What happens if you log into the Apple TV app with the same details you used to register?

the email just gives me a link saying activate my Apple Tv I go into it and it takes me to my EE account, nothing more???? There is no Apple tv on plans and subscriptions, extras.  What am I missing?

I have spent t 3 hours on the phone trying to sort and not happy
