Apple TV plus add on not working.

I've signed up for Apple TV plus add on, however I can't access it. I've signed into Apple TV but it says 7 day trial rather than the 6 month trial. I don't have an apple device either.
Is there a link I need to click to activate the offer?

Hi @Hamish27
You would need to wait for the Apple trial to finish before setting up Apple TV+ with EE.
If you have had the 6 months offer before and this is the offer you are trying to activate this won't be available.

So I've never had the 6 months before, but i did try to activate that first - but what you're saying is to wait for the 7 day free trial to end and then try to do it again?
It wasn't working prior to me doing the 7 day free trial so not particularly hopeful about this
