Apple TV plus add on not working.

I've signed up for Apple TV plus add on, however I can't access it. I've signed into Apple TV but it says 7 day trial rather than the 6 month trial. I don't have an apple device either.

Is there a link I need to click to activate the offer?

I'm using an android device and I have tried logging in on our TV.  Not sure what difference using Mobile data rather than WiFi will make? Not using a VPN.

Is there not a number I can call rather than this? It's taking up an awful lot of time where a phone call would most probably be more efficient.

Hi Chris,

The same thing has just happened to me. I signed up for the six month trial, got a text from EE saying that the trial will run out in six months' time, but no activation code.

I tried that before contacting you on here. Dialling 150 just takes you to the automated service, when you select help with add-ons, it sends another text with no helpful information.

Surely there's a way to reset this?

If you follow the options for mobile technical support, you should get through to speak to someone about this.

I've had this same issue, i spoke to someone at Apple who assured me it was on my account and now ive been charged after 7 days...

I'm also having the same issue - Using an android phone to set up my apple tv+ plan (first time using it) have tried using a laptop to set it up and everything but not working at all. The text link just sends me to the apple TV home page - Thought by cancelling the add on and re doing it, it might work but no - really poor support all round

What happens when you log in using your Apple ID that you have already or created on the Apple TV page? 

Do you have Apple TV+ showing as an add-on in your EE app?

It asked me to put in card information for the subscription - I have done that and now have a 7 day free trial...
