I've been trying to activate my 6 month Apple TV trial for weeks from my app and keep getting an error saying "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while."
I have spoken to customer services a couple of times with no resolution. They mention about a link being sent out to me which I have not had and get pushed from pillar to post.
I can see this is a common problem that has been going on for a while and you would have thought that EE would fix this. Can you tell me if there is a resolution please.

I am sorry you are having an issue activating your 6 months Apple TV +. If you are getting the 6 months trial as part of your broadband and TV package, if you follow the steps Get free Apple TV+ | TV and Sport Help | EE under "How do I activate my Apple TV +?" to activate it via the EE app.
If the option is not available, you'll have to call back to Customer Service so they can raise a ticket to have it added correctly.

I have exactly the same issue. Nothing works and EE CS can't fix. So much easier when I was with BT. Very poor.

Read the solution, but just going round in same old loop. Apple TV simply does not appear as an option in TV Get Extras. I just don't get, nor does EE, it would seem.

I'm having the same problem would be great if they would fix the link to access Apple tv and Discovery+Basic.
Givings the obvious solutions doesn't resolve the issue!

After far too much blood, sweat and tears, the Apple TV offer was activated a week ago. Just had to persist with Customer Services, no way of going it alone.
