Apple TV+ free trail for broadband customer no lines working

I see this Q 10s of time but no proper answer. I'm an EE broadband customer (no, I do not have an EE sim before you ask) and the link to activate my Apple TV+ 6 months free trial via the app does not work - being say for weeks that you've had a problem and to try again. Can't even get my plan in a browser - awful, awful experience for the app and browser compared to BT.
Now do I activate this?

God knows. I was already an Apple TV customer before I came to EE and had already used up all my free offers.
Theres some excellent stuff. Masters of the Air, Ted Lasso, Slow Horses, Silo, Hi-jack etc. I'd pony up for a month binge it then cancel.
Your're right though. It should just work. We've all been forced to offload from Qutar Airways and get on WizzAir.
EE Fibre 900 via SH+ with 2 Extenders, EE TV Pro & Mini boxes, 2 EE SIM's only, all originally BT, and wishing it still was.
LG Oled, Denon/Cambridge Audio 7.1, Panasonic 4K player, Apple TV 4K

Yes I am connected to WiFi - from your BB router. Not going to use data as not using an EE SIM. Please read my original post, I said I am a broadband customer.
Samsung S24 Ultra, a Samsung tablet, a Chromebook and Windows 11. Everything says no.

- Cannot access plan details in EE app and website
- Linking mobile account to broadband. in EE app and website
- Direct debit set up against my wishes in Pay as you go
- Trying to order, but invalid email? in Orders
- Switched from PAYG to PAYM now unable to access EE App as saying A/C is closed in EE app and website
