Since November last year i have had the iPhone 14 pro max and the full works package with the Apple one but missing the apple one and have been charged by apple for this as it not on my package but this was the package i am being billed for at over £110 per month and was sent a link by EE for this to happen by text message and still get charged for this this month as well 3 months billing and the phone has a setting in subscriptions ( EE PLAN BENFITS - your mobile plan does not include any new subscriptions to Apple services)
And now EE have taken this from my home page and trying to say i am only allowed Apple music not Apple One i have never been treated with such distain from anyone before and they say they are the best costumer service 3 months and a lot of lies and hung up phone calls from different departments ( total of around 20 ) and i have copies of the invoices and emails and screen shoots of my plan and if this is not resolved very soon all this going over to the Communication Commission for breach of contract for giving the full package and charging for it over the last 90 days plus

Have you got an email from EE when you took out the plan stating what's included?
