Apple One offer not recognised

Hi there,

I had a text message from EE (from 1208), admittedly a month ago, offering me an upgrade to Apple One for an extra £5 a month. I've just replied YES, but I keep getting the reply 'Sorry, we couldn't recognise your request. Please try again.'

Am I too late to take up this offer? Has my procrastination cost me?!

I should probably say I have an iPhone 13 Pro on the Smart iPhone Plan 40GB
