Just to make this clear as EE Terms and Conditions are not. If you join the Full Works iPhone or All Rounder plans you have access to Apple One services (£5 extra on All Rounder plan) which includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Arcade and 50GB of iCloud storage. This is the Apple One Individual level and it's not possible to upgrade to Family or Premiere Apple One levels which means you don not have access to Apple Fitness or Apple News+.
Anyone on these new 2024 plans that can upgrade this service?

@jeyel You can upgrade the service. You pay Apple directly for the subscription and do not use the subscription you got with that tariff. EEs offer has always been the individual subscription and it’s never been possible to pay extra to upgrade the subscription. And it’s not advertised that you could pay extra to upgrade the subscription. And I don’t know why anyone thinks they can if that actually read all the information beforehand.

Sadly this appears to be the only way out of this. EE's Apple One inclusion is more of an Apple One lockout at its lowest basic provision unless its limitations are only all you need. Any desires to anything more like Family sharing or Premium level is a dead-end and a complete waste of money.
As for finding a Terms and Condition which states this I'd love to see it - it doesn't exist on EE's website.

@jeyel If it’s not offered it doesn’t have to show anything within the T&Cs why would it your not agreeing to not have something that’s not being offered.
And look above at the image that’s what you get should you take out a tariff that has this. There is no mention of paying more to have family or anything else. The only payment you could make is to have this included on an all rounder tariff for £5. That’s it, that’s what’s you get it’s very clear to me what you get should you take out a tariff that includes this or for an additional £5. What’s not to understand ? It’s Apple individual subscription that you are having. That’s £18.95 a month and should you actually check what EE have shown within the image I posted above with Apple pricing on the individual subscription to apple one you’ll see it’s a like for like on cost. It’s an individual subscription to Apple one and it’s exactly the same as what apple gives you for the individual subscription to apple one because it’s the same thing an individual subscription to Apple one. There is no option via EE to pay more to have a different subscription to Apple one it’s just the individual subscription.

Walk into any EE store and ask:
Q1 Can Apple One be upgraded?
Q2 Can iCloud storage be upgraded?
You will hear half yes and half no and worryingly frequently Not sure. I've done this to over ten EE Stores so I know. I wanted definitive answers to these questions as I'm coming to EE Full Works plan, but I pay for Apple One Premiere, hence the question. You claim these questions are clearly answered - I disagree. The Stores are not sure. I've read the Terms and Conditions you cite before buying into EE and they don't answer the questions above. Only by enrolling have I found the answers:
Q1. No. Apple One is NOT upgradeable and this should be stated in the T's and C's.
Q2. Yes you can upgrade iCloud storage which is referred to in the T&Cs.
I find Apple One bundled in my SIM subscription to be a valuable benefit, however it is not clear anywhere that this upgradeable Apple service is NOT upgradeable if taken inside this offering. However iCloud which is part of Apple One IS upgradeable to higher storage levels. Tell me where this clarity and consistency is? Its not good enough to bundle an upgradeable service, but do it in a way that cannot be upgraded and not make this clear in the T & Cs'.
