Apple Fitness +

Hi, I have had my Apple watch since the 18th of June 2022. When I first got it I had problems setting up the Fitness + for the 24 months and contacted EE who I thought had sorted it but now when I go to the fitness app it asks me to subscribe again. This is supposed to be a 24 month plan so should not have expired. The plan I am on is below. Has anyone else had this problem and gotten it sorted?

 

  • Bill date: 24th every month
  • Plan: Watch Fitness+ Unlimited £37
  • Start date: 18 Jun. 2022
  • End date: 18 Jun. 2024
  • Plan length: 24 month
  • Allowance restart: 24th every month
  • Speed: Our best speeds – no Max Mbps

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team again so they can look into this for you.

When I go to chat with them it says 'Start conversation' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours and that start conversation never appears.

Try the 'Account and Billing' option, the start button comes up straight away for me, @Naffon.

If it still isn't working, try on a different device or browser.
