Amazon Prime smart benefit - closed?

Hi, I've had the Amazon Prime smart benefit for quite a few months, but just received a cancellation email this morning. I seem to remember a text a month or two ago saying it was closing but no reason etc.

Can anyone give me any more info please?

Hi @radiomean-uk,

Prime Video was removed from our Smart Benefit range on 24 October. The text message you received includes a link you can follow to select a new benefit and includes the option of keeping it as a chargeable add-on.

Mine Amazon accounts been cancelled this morning.

I don't have the text or email with the link.  How do I go about adding it as a paid service?

I've been into My EE Account and had a look around but can't see any reference to Amazon Prime; just Netflix and BT Sport. 😔

Didn't work for me. The 150 text service isn't working that well. 

 

Which options get you to customer care team. The menu system when phoning 150 isn't clear at all.

You've removed prime video and it's the only account extra that I valued. 

Please help.
