I am a business account customer and I have had the Amazon Prime video smart benefit for the past (nearly) 2 years. It has been great but we've now been told to pick a new Smart Benefit as it is being discontinued.
I have just googled the list and noticed Netflix was an option, which we believe would be the only useful option for our business as we do not need roaming minutes, BT Sport, or Apple music.
When choosing an option, Netflix doesn't appear. We have had to choose Britbox as it was the only other video streaming option but this is next to useless as we stream through a NowTV box where this app isn't available, and it cannot be connected to our Amazon Prime Video account either.
Why isn't Netflix available?
I am due to upgrade my phone now and I'm less likely to choose EE because of this.

@Hattie1994 Why not just upgrade to a cheaper tariff and then take out a subscription directly with Amazon prime. You’re more just to have a smart benefit on the tariff.

- Switched from PAYG to PAYM now unable to access EE App as saying A/C is closed in EE app and website
- EE returns (upgrades) in Orders
- Smart Benefits on existing Tariff when "Contract Ends" - AKA Minimum Term in Offers & Add-ons
- Renewed but EE have charged me the increased amount in Contracts & Billing
- The continuing saga of a broken website in EE app and website
