Hi all, when and how is the link for the advent calendar sent? Upon on signing up for it, it stated I would receive it on the 1st of December but had nothing

No, because I never heard anything about it until my sister told me about it yesterday

Talked to mobile car team - they said 24-48 hrs (that was Friday), still nothing - now 25 mins on hold to 150.  This is an utter fail by EE.  I signed up start of Nov., I have lost 7 days of trying, EE have a lot to answer for.
