I am trying to purchase Nreal Air, and getting this exact same problem. If I try to purchase when logged out it tells me to login. If I login then it gives me the error "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade". I have tried with multiple web browsers (Firefox + Chrome) and devices (PC + Android device). This is supposed to be a present for Xmas so please can you advise how I can get past this error, or otherwise how can I purchase from EE Shop via any other means?

@carn1x : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.
